WHAT TO EXPECT

We’re here to help

The first step is to reach out via our website contact page and fill out the details. After that, a member of our staff will set up a phone consultation to get to know you and your project better. If necessary, after the phone consultation, an in-home visit will be scheduled to take measurements and review existing conditions in order to attain the proper details for an accurate estimate.

Once we have the details of your project you will meet with our designers and the showrooms of our vendors. They will help you make material selections for your project as well as 3D renderings. They will also guide you through the design process to help you make thoughtful decisions for your new space. Once the design is finalized and material selections are made we will email you an official quote.

Once you accept the quote and electronically sign the contract a 33% deposit is required to schedule your project. At the 50% completion point of your project another 33% of the project total will be due. When the project is substantially complete (meaning all the major components are complete and we are performing a punch list) the final 34% is due. The punch list items will not be performed until the final invoice is collected. A punch list is a list of final small detail items left to be performed – for example: touch up paint on a wall or filling in a small void where grout is missing.

After that we will turn over care and maintenance manuals for all the products used in your remodel. Your project is warrantied for workmanship issues for one year after substantial completion. Meaning if any issues come up that were caused by an installation error – we will fix them at no cost to you.

Substantial completion means the project is at the point where all of the major tasks are complete and only small, punchlist items are left to perform. Once your project is substantially complete there will only be a few tasks left to be done to bring your project to a close. These items will look like : touching up paint or grout, filling in nail holes, putting an outlet cover on, or installing a piece or two of trim.

Our quotes come with no obligations. That means you can request a quote, review it, and make your decision without fear of being stuck in a contract. At our company, we believe in transparency and honesty. We want you to have the information you need to make the best decision for your situation. So go ahead and request a quote – there’s no pressure and no obligation.
